At Bull Squid Studio LLC, we take pride in creating meaningful custom products, collectibles, and keepsakes for our customers. Because many of our items are made-to-order, personalized, handmade, engraved, or produced in limited quantities, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We offer a 15-day return window for eligible non-custom items. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit.
Non-Returnable & Custom Items
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of many of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Once custom artwork, proofs, or mockups have been approved and production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error caused by Bull Squid Studio LLC.
Minor variations in color, finish, plating, engraving depth, wood grain, texture, alignment, or appearance are considered normal characteristics of custom manufacturing and are not considered defects.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

Shipping Disclaimer
Bull Squid Studio LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside of our control.
Once a package has been transferred and accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery speed, handling, routing, and final delivery are outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges on custom or personalized products.
For eligible standard items, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (if approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fulfillment error caused by Bull Squid Studio LLC.
