Custom Design Services

Bull Squid Studio LLC provides custom artwork, graphic design, and production services. Customers may submit sketches, logos, reference images, concepts, or other materials for use during the design process.

All custom products are made-to-order and may include handmade, engraved, casted, assembled, or manufactured elements. Minor variations in finish, color, texture, engraving depth, plating, alignment, wood grain, or overall appearance are considered normal characteristics of custom production.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

Bull Squid Studio LLC does not claim ownership of any copyrighted characters, logos, insignias, trademarks, or graphics submitted by customers for custom work. All intellectual property rights remain the property of their respective owners.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights or authorization to use any submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, slogans, or copyrighted material.

By submitting artwork or design requests, the customer represents and warrants that they have permission to use all provided materials.

Bull Squid Studio LLC reserves the right to refuse any project that may violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.

Fan Art & Inspired Designs

Some products sold on this website may be inspired by military culture, parody themes, gaming culture, pop culture, or unofficial fan concepts. These items are intended as artistic expressions, collectible artwork, or parody-inspired creations and are not officially licensed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Bull Squid Studio LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government agency, military branch, entertainment company, trademark holder, or intellectual property owner unless specifically identified.

Production & Order Policy

Once artwork or mockups are approved and submitted into production, all sales are considered final.

Due to the custom and personalized nature of many products:

  • Orders cannot typically be canceled once production begins

  • Refunds are not provided for approved custom work

  • Design revisions requested after approval may result in additional fees

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on complexity, holidays, manufacturing schedules, or shipping carrier delays

Bull Squid Studio LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

Shipping Disclaimer

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred and accepted by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any shipping carrier, Bull Squid Studio LLC no longer has control over delivery speed, handling, routing, or final delivery conditions.

Bull Squid Studio LLC is not responsible for:

  • carrier delays

  • weather delays

  • customs processing

  • lost or stolen packages

  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • delivery issues outside of our control

Tracking information will be provided when available.

International customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, or country-specific delivery fees.

Product Use & Safety

Customers assume responsibility for the safe handling and use of all purchased products. Bull Squid Studio LLC is not liable for misuse, improper installation, modification, accidental damage, or unintended use of any products sold through this website.

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the original purchase price paid for the product or service.
